Delivery & Order Collection

Trinidad Carnival: All orders will be delivered within Trinidad & Tobago — updates will be provided.
Foreign Orders: All international orders will be shipped via DHL after the carnival period.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns: Due to the hygiene and bespoke nature of our garments, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. This ensures every piece you receive is made-to-order and in pristine condition.

Exchanges: If your swimsuit doesn’t fit as expected, we’re happy to help! Email us at meilingmack@gmail.com to request a size exchange.

• Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

• Once we receive your returned item, your new size will be promptly shipped.

• Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean.
