Returns Policy

Delivery / Order Collection: All orders will be shipped on 31st January 2024 via courier service to local and international customers. Need your order by a specific date? After placing your order, send us an email at meilingmack@gmail.com with your preferred delivery date. We’ll reach out to confirm your request and provide details on your personalized delivery.

Returns/Exchanges: To maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction and hygiene, we do not accept any returns on orders. Each piece is a unique, intimate garment that is custom-made to order and by adhering to our no-returns policy, we ensure that you always receive swimwear in pristine condition.

Exchanges: If your swimsuit doesn't fit perfectly, no worries! Send an email to meilingmack@gmail.com requesting a size exchange. Your order should be sent back in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags attached. Upon receiving your returned item, we'll promptly send out the new size you desire.
